June 2021 Council Update

News of note from June's council meeting:

•  Council discussed progress implementing new technology with borough employees.
  
• Council discussed the upcoming paving project. Dates will be announced when they are known (should be soon).
  
•  Council approved seeking grant money to pave and improve a section of Main Street.
  
•  Council discussed the need for residents to properly contain their garbage. It is not the garbage company's responsibility to pick up loose garbage.
  
•  Council discussed the purchase of a welcome to West Leechburg sign.
  
•  Council meetings will return to the borough building in July.
