At the September council meeting, council approved Ordinance 323. This ordinance formally adopted the borough's new codebook.

This new codebook is fully updated from the previous, 1996 edition, adding dozens of ordinances, including the zoning ordinance. Further, this new codebook is fully digital and accessible to everyone. 

The result of a year's worth of collaboration between council  members, both secretaries, and General Code, the borough is happy to provide the link to our new, digital, searchable code below.
