​SPECIAL MEETING

West Leechburg Borough Council will hold a Special Meeting for
General Purposes on August 18, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. in the Borough
Building 1015 Plazak Street, West Leechburg, PA

Among others, council took the following actions:
• Police Chief King was presented with a plaque and cake celebrating his retirement.
• Set Trick or Treat for Monday, October 31, 2022 from 6pm-8pm rain or shine.
• Opened bids on the garbage contract and approved the low bidder.
• Approved the bid for accessibility improvements at the park using CDBG grant funds.
• Approved an agreement with Westmoreland County to digitize our zoning map.
• Approved applying for grant funding for sewer repairs.
• Discussed assembly and delivery of new public works vehicle.
